Z EOS Alliance
EOS Alliance provides home energy audits for single-family residences. Audit recipients receive a comprehensive report following the audit, which includes the results of the audit and recommendations for home improvements. Audits include a full home inspection, which includes:
- in-depth resident interview addressing basic information about the house, resident behaviors, and any resident concerns;
- a complete billing analysis;
- a thorough exterior inspection of the home; and
- a complete interior inspection and assessment of the home, including a blower door test to check for air infiltration and combustion appliance testing to assess the safety and efficiency of your furnace and water heater.
The report will include advice and information about:
- improving insulation in floors, walls, and ceilings;
- air sealing and weather stripping;
- replacing windows and doors;
- alternative lighting and appliances;
- upgrading furnaces and water heaters; and
- behavioral changes.
